Zuccarelli Pizza

Always great food from here. My favorite is the veggie pizza but everything I’ve ordered has been great (wings, Stromboli, antipasto, baked ziti - all delicious). Good portion sizes and quality!

I ordered for my work team. They have horrible customer service. Walked in was not greeted by the lady at the front as she was on the phone. Everything I ordered was not available (no wheat buns, no hot or mild sauce for wings) did not get what I ordered. Sub doesn’t even come with a drink or chips or something. Would not recommend. Food is just okay.

I have been ordering from here once a week for 4 years. I recently ordered Shrimp Alfredo but received Chicken Alfredo. The order took an hour and a half to get. I called the store and told them if the mistake. They said they would send out the correct order. I told them that I was going to eat some of this because I was already very hungry. After a couple of minutes they called back and said that since I was eating some of the Chicken Alfredo they would not be sending me what I had actually ordered. They were expecting to swap out the orders. ( We’re they going to give the wrong order to someone else???). They refused to send me what I ordered. After being a good customer for four years, they have lost me as a customer.
