The food is consistently good! However, the prices seem to increase for each visit. During our last visit, my husband was double charged. They said it didn't go through the first time. Wrong! 2 days later it showed up on his account twice. They claimed they only saw it once and didn't correct it.. So, we were out $100 for 3 dinners.... not cool at all.
It was not the Hooks that I use to go to before 2017. The lemon pepper taste salty where as before it was so powdery. I order wings & fries ???? I asked for extra lemon pepper like always and I was upset especially since they dumped it on there and before it was a little extra not an extra bottle full. Parking: They also had a couple of handicapped spaces.
Customer service was very bad plus the cashier was rude than the cook give me burn fries never go there again if this review have zero I would pick it plus the cook got mad when I ask where do I order that’s why I got burn fries need new staff
