Zoup!

Visited Middleburg Heights location on Engle Road today. The people "working" there were too busy gossiping than to fill the ice machine and make sure there were beverages. We brought in a friend who has been very stressed as her 2 young grandsons were in a car accident recently and may have to take custody of them. She was so stressed earlier as we were thrift shopping for emergency clothes and things for them that she threw up. She had eaten very little so I knew she needed some kind of comfort food and to de-stress as she is trying to help them through PTSD from the incident. I am disgusted that she had to hear the loud gossiping amongst the workers when this was supposed to be some time we were giving her to finally eat a meal in peace so she can be taken care of to be a caretaker. The food was fine but the atmosphere was horrendous.

My friend and I wanted soup for dinner and decided to stop on our way home from the airport. The soup was congealed in the uncovered pots and the bar was filthy. Everything looked gross and we left because neither of us were willing to risk food poisioning.

I wanted zoup so bad, but this location made it impossible. The line wasn’t even long, but I waited for about 15 minutes and had to leave. In that time only maybe two people were served.
