Went in at 6pm to order some food. Got my order placed and went to pay. They couldn’t break $100. In the middle of a dinner rush the restaurant couldn’t break $100? That is insane. Highly disappointed in Arbys. Won’t give them another chance.
Quick service and fresh food. The place was clean enough. Better than many fast food places. Employees friendly.
Food is good, predictable. Customer service...ehhh. I asked for light ice. I raised my drink, which was full of ice, asked if that was light ice? Got a "yes", no offer to remove some ice, flat affect. This was my 2nd visit, same person. No line in the drive thru. I'll go to another store
