Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This restaurant is a hit or miss, mostly a miss. And COVID has nothing to do with it. It’s been quite a few misses prior to COVID. This date, was a miss. Waited in drive thru line for over 20 minutes and the Zaxbys club sandwich was not made right. No cheese, no bacon on the sandwich. And look at how they cut up the tomatoes, not sliced. Sandwich not cut in half like it’s normally made. I called and spoke with the manager and she says the meals can be replaced. So we will see what happens with that. And is the reason for the two stars and not one.

I ordered a big zak snack meal and large sized with nuclear sauce on the side. I couldn't believe the size of sauce. It was 1/5 full of tiny sauce cup. I went to the counter because I am used to the old size which is at least tiny cup full. She said that is what it is and said that I have pay $0.25 for another sauce. I said this sauce is only 1/5 full and I don't think it's right to charge xtr. If the cup was full and if I wanted xtr sauce, I understand. I will not visit this store again. I guess they don't care either.

I will typically eat here on my lunch break IF the dining room is open. The service is average for fast food chain. The food is typical for a Zaxby's. Good chicken fingers fries and salads. My go to was the blue salad but since that is being removed from the menu I will probably be eating elsewhere.
