Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went threw the drive through and it seriously was less than 2 minutes total and the food tasted fresh and the guy serving me was spectacular and so nice!

My family truly loves the food here. The fries are usually salty, but the sandwiches and wings are good. However, both times I have come through the drive through I've been asked to pull around and told they will bring my food out when it's done. First time was 12 minutes for wings and I became frustrated and went in to get the food at 25 minutes. Ironically it seemed as through they were getting ready to walk it out. Maybe it was true, but...Today I went back to the drive through and told to pull around for a 2 minute wait for fries. After 10 minutes and the frustration growing from my previous experience, I went in to get my food. Again, it appeared it was just bagged and in hand to be walked out. It seems like a coincidence to me that this is the appearance every time you get frustrated and go in for your food. It feels like you are asked to pull around so you are out of site and out of mind. The wait is frustrating and ridiculous. I intend to go to the Zaxby's on 7200 S and 700 W n

I have to say, that I am incredibly disappointed that they no longer have the breaded mushrooms. I was so excited there was a Zaxby's near where I live now, and it my mind imploded because I couldn't get my fried mushrooms. But otherwise the chicken was good french fries were good and the service was excellent and I think that's what counts for a lot lately. Is the the service needs to be on point. And these guys were.
