Went to pick up a free meal and I happened to go to a franchise store at first . I finally come to correct store and the manager Alise pretty much argued with me for being late to pick up my order and how she can’t make it refresh . She then made it refresh but for her to be a manger and me a customer tht was not cool . It was almost 45 mins my food was sitting out ! Customers always right when it comes to food business especially when it’s been sitting out cold for a hour ! Alise is a poor manager
On one order, i got a double fry... keep in mind both have the suase pack, one is just hidden under 3 fries. This was my first zaxbys experience and the food is great but this .. I would say. I got 5 more fries. In my double
