Always good, quick and friendly - helps that we live close and pick up.
When I placed my order today for some reason I selected "pan" but intended for "hand toss" so to my chagrin I was disappointed when I went to pick the pizzas that was intended for my 4yr old Birthday party. However I must say that the manager on duty (I believe her name was Amanda but I could be wrong) was sensitive to my situation and without even asking she offered to make me two replacements for the two I mis-ordered. Not only did she do that but she also wrote on the boxes "Happy Birthday" w/ stickers. I tell you, it was such a blessing to have someone do something that kind with a great attitude. Our world is in such need of kindness and she exemplified that on such a special day and made it "more special." May God bless her and those that work there.
