Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

When we want to order more wings we were told they only have 5 left. Total waste of time.

This place is awesome. The food is perfect everytime.. Jose the manager is the best! CUSTOMER SERVICE. is the best… ????????????????????

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how Zaxby's handled my food. On 2/15/2022 1:31pm I ordered boneless wings and fries. We got home and the blue cheese dressing was laying on top of my wings. THIS IS CONSIDERED CROSS CONTAMINATION. I called the store and spoke to Liz-General Manager and the only thing she was able to say was "they always put the sauce packets in the food. I then reiterated that's considered cross contamination. She apologized and said that's how they do it. I said the packets has been touched by others, shipped and stored with other harmful items. She tried to say their packets are stored in a safe manner. I said to her it DOESN'T MATTER IT SHOULD NOT BE TOUCHING OUR FOOD. She again apologize. I asked a simple question is this not cross contamination? Her answer once again, that's how they do in. I then asked to speak to someone above her. She said she's the General Manger and the only other person hire then her is the owner and they are not allowed to give out the owner
