Mondo Italian Kitchen

We celebrated my son's birthday and enjoyed everything there! The food is delicious, the stuff is very nice and friendly. We took red snapper with risotto , lazzania, pasta with meatballs, beet salad and everything was so tasty and fresh. We will be back for sure and will recommend to our friends to try it! Thank you Mondo for making our dinner so special!

Terrible, terrible service. We called ahead and asked if they could handle our party of 9(two families). They said yes. They had one party in the adjacent private room (15) when we arrived but the dining area was empty. Waited 50 minutes for the first appetizer to arrive. (Two meatballs) Was told the kitchen was “overwhelmed.” Was told the rest of the food would be “right out.” 20 minutes later. Nothing. The restaurant was at less than 20% capacity. The wait staff seemed fine; clearly the kitchen is the issue. What kitchen takes an hour to make a meatball for a mostly empty restaurant? One hour and 19 minutes after we were seated the second plate arrived. And then several dishes including a plate of severely dry and over cooked salmon and one “blackened pizza”, otherwise known as burnt. I just ate here tonight with my friend and my sister. The food was amazing from drinks to dessert. I highly recommend the spinach artichoke wontons. Light and delicious! The staff was awesome!
