Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

There is always a long line and it's not because they are busy but because they are so slow. There will be only 3 cars in front of you and you will end up waiting over 20 min just to order then another 15 min to get your food. This is the only zaxbys that I have been to that is this slow. They lose out on a lot of money because I see people leaving the line all the time. Worst service ever.

I ordered online at 7:27 & was told it would be ready at 7:38. I only live 5 mins away. I told them I was there 4 times. Another car pulled up at 8pm and got their order & I was still waiting. I asked the employee where my order was she went into the store and came back with my order right away. Good thing we ordered salads that were very skimpy for almost $20. We were VERY disappointed! If we go back we will go into the restaurant no more drive thru????☹️????.

The food is good, but there is always, always, always a wait. We've sat in the drive thru line multiple times for 10-15 minutes and never moved. Not worth the wait at this location.
