I arrived at 8:35pm (store closes at 9pm) and the shift leader and employee working this evening decided to take it upon themselves to ignore all their customers. It is drive thru only, currently, so, I was in line at 8:35, directly behind an SUV. I assumd the SUV had a large order, as it seemed to be taking a while at the speaker. Eventually, they drove up to pay (or so I thought). I pull up to the speaker to place my order... crickets. As I am waiting, another SUV pulled up behind me. I kept waiting for about 2 solid minutes before I thought "the speaker must be broken", so, I drive to the window and stop, planning to speak to the shift leader (key holder) left in charge of the store. He and the other employee had closed down the sandwich line and were sweeping and mopping, ignoring ALL CUSTOMERS. This is my go to lunch spot. They whip up my #9 speedy quick (as advertised). The staff here never disappoints come lunch time. Keep up the great work and delicious sandwiches

I waited over a hour for the delivery of my sandwhich and it was not correct. I paid extra for double meet, which I did not receive.
