My husband and I got the spicy signature chicken sandwiches and they only served a half chicken in our sandwich with soggy buns. Not worth $10 for each meal. Utterly disappointed and will definitely be telling others NOT to come here.
It's Zaxbys - like what more proof of amazing deliciousness do you need. It's the only one in a drivable distance from my part of Texas and it definitely shows. Long lines as the dining room is not open so get ready to be waiting in your car. The service was fast despite the long lines and the food was nice and hot. Never overly seasoned although the iconic fries needed just a wee bit more old bay seasoning.
DO NOT go to this location! The chicken was salty and hard. I ordered a 20 piece family meal and was only given 4 sauces, after specifically asking for more. They threw a spoonful of coleslaw into a box with holes in it, so I had slaw leaking all over the inside of the bag and on all the boxes. The slaw was also not fresh and tasted terrible. They didn’t say hi or thank you either! TERRIBLE service! My husband used to be a GM of a Zaxby’s, so I KNOW this doesn’t meet standard. NEVER AGAIN! ????
