Rarely do they get an order right. Not sure why I keep giving them chance after chance. Won’t be back to the Debbie/Matlock location after this time. We ordered a triple (bigger) plate of string bean chicken with steamed white rice and this is what we got. When I called the store and spoke to the manager, she asked for the order number which can’t be read. It’s worth the extra drive time to just go to to the location off of 287/Walnut Creek in Mansfield.

Not even worth 1 star! 2 medium entrees for $16.02, with 2 small box. It’s supposed to be a medium box, they charged us medium entree price with small box instead of medium box. Terrible customer service, waiting in line for 20 minutes, he even asked if I was in “line”, I stood in the line for 20 minutes! Food is also terrible, 1 customer even comeback, return half finished food and demand refund Management should check the time on the receipt, it should be correlated with the return from another customer to see how bad your food and your service are.
