Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Was in line before 10. They cut the lights off and refused to take our order. Called the store, Spoke to Mathew, he stated he was the one taking orders and he was not going to accept our order. Spoke with Jason(“manager”). Stated they run out of food at 9:45 and he didn’t know what to tell me. He basically stated he did not care that we were in line and refused to take out order and kept saying he didn’t know what to tell us. Super disappointed in the caromed service received.

27 dollars worth of hard working money down the drain. Got home to find some of my order wasn't there. My granddaughter didn't get her apple juice, her chicken sandwich was overcooked, I didn't the bacon for my sandwich I ordered and missing sauce for the chicken fingers. They got my Arnold Palmer right. I'll be staying away for a while. Maybe they should double check the order before they hand it to you and you drive off.

Fries still suck and now they no longer serve the spicy fried mushrooms....the chicken however is still the bomb no matter how/whatever you order, wings(too small) fingers, sandwiches. Help me to convince them to bring back those amazing onion rings!!!
