My wife and I placed an order on door dash for pickup, no problem. They said the order would be ready at 640pm we got there at 640pm and it wasn't ready. That's understandable but we didn't get our food until 730om. My wife said that no one apologized for the inconvenience or anything. It was like they could care less. It's cool, never will spend our money here again. And the food was horrible. Should have went to McDonald's. Spent over 40 dollars for nothing but they could care less.
Trash… ordered honey lemon pepper and mild lemon pepper wings with fries. We waited for about 15 mins and the food came out cold. Fries soggy, wings were not hot. Plus the drink machine was out of everything. All sodas empty. Needed to use the bathroom, no soap or paper towels. Employees eating and drinking behind the counter. Very poorly managed. Will not be back.
This place used to be really good. Now the food is terrible. The fried rice was weird with string beans in it and the lemon pepper chicken was just a mound of salt. Definitely not worth the $14 bucks I paid for a 6 piece and rice after waiting 20 minutes.
