Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Our experience started out bad when we walked in and the floor was so sticky it took off my shoe, then one of their card readers wasn’t working so the lines for cash and card were a mess because they were doing a pretty bad job at informing the new customer who just walked in of what was going on. When we finally got up to the register to order the employee, Jaida, had a horrible attitude and didn’t even ask our names or if it was for here or to go. She put the random name Jaden on the order and didn’t correct it. We waited for 15 minutes while people who ordered long after us got their food long before us, not to mention we got two small meals that were easily the most simple on the menu. We had to go up to the counter and ask if they even made our food and they didn’t so they gave us someone else’s meal and one that had been sitting on the counter since we got there (I assume it was made wrong for whoever ordered it or they left). Not sure why it seems to a company-wide trend that your drink machines are out of literally every soda. Having trouble understanding how they can let it go that long to the point that everything grayed out. How does no one see it? Two machines and there aren't any available flavors. This has happened in several instances at different locations. Getting sick of the lower standard that seems to just be accepted everywhere I go. Also, I see employees dancing in the back while your dining area is disgusting. Get it together.

I gave 1 star because zero star was not an option. Our experience was the drive through window after waiting for a while for our order which was 1 Cobb salad with fried chicken, 1 house salad with grilled chicken and a 10 piece traditional wings. What we received was 1 Cobb salad 2 orders of french fries and chicken tenders. Went home realized we had the wrong order went back and went inside to very sticky floors and nasty looking garbage bins and explained what happened. They were apologetic about the situation and after another long wait we received the new order plus the old order because they couldn’t accept the food back and once again they apologized. However once we got home it was discovered that the house salad had no chicken at all….. we will NEVER patronize this location again. How are they still open?????
