Steak 'n Shake

This is the worst steak and shake I have been to. I will say it was clean and the employees were nice but they either wasn’t for listening to me or just didn’t care. I ordered a steak Frank add chili cheese and onions for me for a hotdog and a cup of chili. I asked for my order to be remade correctly and they didn’t even bother to try and adjust the payment. I had to ask more than once. Then they give me my food and the hotdog is a mess. My fries are cold and taste old. I’m not sure why everything came out like that but they definitely need to get it together. Won’t be going back.

My first time coming here and I really liked it. The cotton candy shake was amazing and I loved the original steak burger meal. The line was long, but it was worth it. I would come back again. Parking: Come after the lunch rush.
