The absolute worst experience I've ever had!! The manager I spoke to Ms Carmela was the nastiest and rudest person I have ever encountered. She was unprofessional, had an attitude, and had no respect for any of the customers. Aside from waiting for her to get off her phone to start taking orders, she had head phones in the entire time and kept talking sideways as if she was talking to someone in the phone. I never felt so disrespected, you shouldn't be making these kids into managers. Will definitely be giving corporate a call. This was a disgrace!
Order taken fine. Told to pull up for 3 chicken tenders. Waited at least 20min encounting as I watch 5 cars get their food. Worst zaxby I ever been to. Will never be back or recommend. Horrible service.
As someone who has worked in the service & business management field for many years, this establishment is absolutely atrocious. Customer service couldn’t have been any worse, not a care in the world for the service members behind the counter. While trying to enjoy a meal that was cold for whatever reason, I then noticed how filthy the floors are. Not like someone just hadn’t touched them in 20 minutes, but days. I went to pull my booth forward to be closer to the table and when I brought my hands back up they were sticky and covered in unknown things. Absolutely appalling. Do not eat at this establishment. It is not worth the time nor money. This is a first review for me as I am rarely inclined to leave a review but this restaurant deserves for someone to take notice of the poor quality food and service members.
