Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Visited the East location ticket number 3216 at 12:41. There was a young African American employee standing in direct sun taking orders. I can tell she was hot. Sun beaming on her. But they had an umbrella but it was way up closer to the door. She's near the curve. So I call into the store and ask whoever answered the phone could they pull it up so she can have some shade. He said ok, but I was rushed off the phone . So when j pull up I mention it. A Hispanic female employees said she's only been out there 30 minutes. I say she's in direct sun. So I call omw back to work concerned since I have grand kids. The male supervisor answered the phone said I need to stop calling the store????. I only had called once. I told the. Chick fil-a does that too but they have their employees protected from direct ☀️sun. I will never visit zaxby again. They clearly don't care about their employees and definitely not the concerns of their customers. Saddddd.. And they left my eggs off my Cobb salad a

Is my second time there the first one it wasn't good but it was in another location.... here everything was good David or Daniel took my order so nice and Minso he gave me the order it was a pleasure meeting people who loves what they do..I definitely recommend and I'm pretty sure I will be back even when they forgot my spicy sauce... ????????????????

I was very impressed with the customer service shown by David at the store today, he was very nice and made sure my order was correct. Give this man a raise!
