The food is generally good, but the service has been awful. Our past three experiences have been really terrible. Once, we ordered a large pizza and got a size medium thin-crust in a large-sized box. Tried calling but the phone line wouldn't work, so we had to drive all the way back and wait for it to be remade. Second time, we called it in and waited for 20 minutes past the expected time for it to be ready. Third time (tonight) our poor Doordash driver waited there for 30 extra minutes while they remade our order after "losing" it. Unfortunately, we're probably done giving them chances :/
I got the FunkyQ Chicken pizza. Was shocked by quality of the pie. Crust was great. Flavors all came together well. I would probably substitute the chicken for pulled pork or Italian beef if available, in future, but definitely good.
After a huge UT Vols Football game they were slammed. However, service and food quality was amazing. Once we were seated we had food within 12 mins. 3 different pizzas. Appetizers came out at same time which normally would have been annoying but considering the circumstances we were still very satisfied
