First time going to Zaxby's place my order before I can feel my cup up they had my order ready fastest service ever and really good food!!!!
I asked them NOT to put any sauce inside the food container box & they intensionally put the sauce packets in with the food. The only way not to get sauce here is by going into the lobby to check the food boxes before you leave. They should have put more french fries where they put the sauce in the food container since it is so expensive compared to Popeye's chicken.
Crazy how one Zaxbys in the same city can be so different than the other. The lady here was so nice and helpful, showed me on the updated app how to find the reward, unlike the manager at the other Zaxbys at regency..
