I went in for a togo order. Ordered there so had to wait. The waitress was very polite and attentive to their tables. They all spoke as customers came in. The cook was awesome. They kept calling orders to him and he cranked them out without a hitch! My hashbrowns were cooked just like I like them (most times when you say crispy you still get undercooked). Definitely recommend this location.
Visiting from out of town. The staff that worked tonight was so friendly. We pulled up and they were outside eating windows. Came in washed up and joked with us. Fast and friendly service and food was cooked perfectly, as ordered.
This Waffle House can ve tricky to get into but if you do find yourself inside you'll discover that this is by far the cleanest one in Jax. The place has some of the best sweet tea I've ever had and I love that they keep the restaurant ice cold. I will definitely be back.
