Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

If you order online or to-go, never leave here without checking your bag. I just paid more money than I should have for what I got. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings, got home, did some things around the house, sat down to eat, and my 10 piece wings was a 6 piece meal which 1. I did not order and 2. cost less than what I actually ordered. And the sad part is, the GM was in the kitchen.

This is what I see when I open the lid. Gross. I will NEVER order anything from this store again and I certainly suggest you check your order before consuming it if choose to order from there.

Today, passing through this location from an out of town trip we stopped at this establishment. Immediately when we walked in someone had an issue with their meal and was causing an unnecessary scene for sure. However, up till the end of the exchange I thought the manager Michael (I believe that is what he told her his name was) did a good job handling it. He stated the policy of the restaurant, made the sandwich a second time to the unaccepting customer. He offered her something in exchange plus refund, but that did not seem pleasing either and backed up the employee by saying they were only doing what they were trained to do. The ladies complaint about the hair in her food should have ended the moment she walked out the door but he continued the conversation with customers who were in the dining room restating the policy. A simple apology to everyone and assuring them they will have their orders soon would have done more I believe. Besides that, the meal was hot and the only thing wr
