Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place has went downhill fast! It’s absolutely disgusting. Trash and food litter the floors. All tea canisters are empty. Don’t sit close to a rug, they smell so sour from obviously not being dried from ice and drink spillage. The cashier, Chelsea was speechless. Like literally, she said nothing. I had to ask her three times if it was time for me to pay, she never gave me a total, or a receipt. I bought 3 cookies, she looked at me as if I was the Bain of her existence for asking her for my cookies that I paid for. Never coming back. Not trying to be a Karen, but fast food is a treat nowadays. If I’m going to take my kids out to eat and spend money in this horrible economy, I’d like to at least have a sub par experience. This place was disgraceful.

I visited this location tonight for dinner. Had my heart set on it too. I order a buffalo chicken finger plate. I received some fingers barely sauce. I then ask the manager to fix it and she hands me a cup of the sauce, and stats that i need to tell them to make it wet. When in all actuality the name itself means to make it wet. So i tried to eat it with the sauce in a cup which it wasn't the same. So i asked her to fix it. Which she seen me throw my whole plate away. Which also i order 5 fingers. Then the manager sends out only 3 fingers swimming so much in the sauce that it was horrible. So i asked for a refund because I'm still not satisfied. Which she never even really cared enough to try and make it right. Hands down worst experience with Zaxby's ever. Especially when I'm paying almost $15. A meal. Work on your customer service.

Food was not so good... dried up chicken strips and didn't give the sauces I requested . Line was wrapped all the way around the building had to wait almost 25 mins for awful food. Not going back there.
