they served us even though it was late but we did get dried fries. the sandwiches were fresh though
It took a while for our order to be taken. The cashier and one other employee were sitting at a table with a child not paying attention to customers. Food out was good but fried were not warm and apple pies are usually warm but not tough
This Arby's usually has their shine on in all aspects but not this afternoon. Nothing to comment about food except not being at temperature. Eating area was not clean including shoes sticking to the floor. The reason for three stars for service is because our lunch was on tray at pickup counter before I could walk there. Not worth what was paid. Because I have been to this store before I'll try again in a couple weeks and update this review.
