Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Really good place for lunch. Daughter and I had the house salad with fried chicken. Excellent meal and, even during the crowded lunch hour, our service was excellent and our orders were promptly prepared. My complements to the Manager for building such a great team. No slackers at this Zaxby's!

I normally have a good experience but not at this location. Customer service is terrible I asked to substitute fries for cheese curds and was told buy the cashier that I couldn't do that because she didn't see a button on the register. Every other place would do so and charge an up charge, not this location they were rude about it and food not to great. Give the customer what they want and charge for up if needed I don't even like zaxby but my family normally does. I will never go back to this particular location if I ever return to zaxbys.

Kind and fast. However, the lemonade was quite whatever.
