Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

We stayed at a hotel nearby and walked to check this spot out. When we walked in there was a crowd waiting for food. We decided to explore other options. Then we ended up coming back and the same crowd was still there. We asked how long they'd been waiting for their food and they said "over an hour." We left and got a burger at the tavern across the street instead. Much faster.

Need better management. Poor service every time. I've tried the mobile app and its always down at this location. It's was like this prior to the pandemic. Corporate really needs to retrain these employees. I'll never come back to this location. 3 strikes I'm done.

Waited half an hour and still not at the order box. with 4 cars ahead of us, being patient has truly been a test. One car even left! In total it took an hour in line, to order and to get our food. They must need more staffing or better management. One or both, I don't want raw food but this was ridiculous!
