Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The new Zignature sandwich is horrible. Overcooked and dry. I used to like Zaxby's back in the day, but they have gone downhill. Can't believe they swung and missed so badly at this Popeyes chicken sandwich rip-off. Bring back the old club sandwich and drop this garbage from the menu please.

The owner needs to show up and work since the rest of their employees don't wanna work. Ordered online at 1030. pickup at 12. Got their and waited about 35 minutes and they missed half our order. one whole family platter. How do you order two family platters and they don't see the second entire order??

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt as unwelcome as I did at this location. I had an order of the boneless wings meal with a side of the cheddar bites. As I’m ordering my food I hear this lady saying “my god” huffing at every little thing that I ordered. She quickly tells me my total and orders me to pull forward. Once I get to the window she asks if I had a boneless wings and things meal which I politely correct her and tell her that my order is incorrect. Thinking she fixed it, I give her my card but when I look at the receipt I noticed she didnt change that nor added my cheese bits (which I know she heard because she had added more of her commentary after I asked for them). Mind you, the window was opened the whole time. I try to get her attention but she was too busy yelling at the rest of the workers, even the worker that tried to fix her mistake. She doesn’t respect her coworkers or the customers. I don’t know her name but she is an older white lady around 5’3 w
