I always go to this Zaxbys it’s always something this time I had really bad customer service got the window slapped in my face my order was g correct fries and tender is burnt! I asked for cooperate number from the driver boy who was being rude wasn’t given the number I called spoke to a manger name Jeffery he also didn’t wanna give me the young man name or cooperate number but it’s okay cause I’ll not give them another dollar of my money!!!! This is how they treat loyal customers!!!!
Very disrespectful workers , I had went through the drive-thru and I told her I wanted zax sauce for my food , she threw my sauce in the bag rudely , she also got mad when I asked for sauce politely.
The manager screwed up my order. I called her to explain they made it wrong. I work in food service and I got horrible customer service. I will never order here again. If you want Zaxby’s. Try another location
