The staff here is slow and illiterate. I came here to order 4/4 meal for someone. She asked me which 4 I told her, then she proceeded to ask me what else. We played this game for 2 minutes. I gave you my order at least 5 times already, how many time must I repeat? That is why their line is so slow, the people working there are incompetent
This Wendy's location is absolutely incompetent with a revolving door of obviously untrainable employees. Not only will you spend 10+ minutes in the drive-thru, but they will also mess your order up, which means you'll have to get back in line and spend another 10 minutes in line just to get what you paid for. I will not be returning to this location, I've been burned 1 too many times.
Very odd restaurant. I've been here before and I paid for food that they couldn't fix. I'm in here now and it's very humid and hot. The floor is actually sweating. They don't complete your order but jump to the next person in line. The deserve 2 negative stars.
