When i pay over 16 dollars in bowl and i say extra and pay for it i expect to get what i ask for. No body is doing me favors it is trade market i pay for the services that I get so do not serve me very small portions like you are paying me for it I am paying and I am adding extra money so I expect extra i am really not happy with it this is happened multiple times look at the pictures and the bowl size and I paid over $16 an extra money and still so small portion I really really hate places like that i will make sure to tell everyone about it. UPDATE: i gave them another try after 7 months and yes it deserve to be empty doesn’t worth it same again i pay money and they act like they are doing me favor they put so little. Also don’t believe the owner respond i did emailed them they did not answer or get back to me it is just not good please it really doesn’t worth it.
I’m a huge, longtime Zao fan. Never been disappointed here, until tonight. Me and my wife stopped by, grabbed a couple wraps, and brought them home. Not only did they make my burrito much smaller than normal, the rice was so severely undercooked we had to keep spitting bites out because it was literally hurting our teeth to eat. Best part is that I spent $12 to spit my undercooked, skimpy wrap into the trash. Only reason I have a couple stars were for the nice employees. Don’t bother and just go to chipotle next door for better value and edible food.
We love the brown rice, chicken, teriyaki sauce and all the add ons. Super yummy food! You can't go wrong with any of their bowls and ad ons. ????
