I’m so disappointed ordering from here my toddlers food came with hair and uncooked chicken tenders not SANITARY AT ALL.

We arrived and ordered at 6:26pm. Numerous employees were at the location but a lot of them were not working and running in and out grabbing food fries, cookies by hand and eating. The employees that were working, were only working on one order at a time (dozen fryers but only 1 works), then just chatting. I was told 30 min wait which was fine, I had to run to 2 other restaurants, place orders and wait for orders. I came back Luis said they were still working on it at 7pm. The restaurant was now empty of customers and the, what I assume was employees in street clothes eating free food were mostly gone. I left to check on family next door and came back on and off till 7:45pm. I asked if mine was ready cause a to go order was made while gone but Luis whom advised me was the store manager, said oh we forgot yours unless you want a kind you didn’t order that they were eating in the back. I said no and he offered/ insisted to refund, then rushed me out saying he has no manager he is the man
