Zaffiro's Pizzeria - Ridge

This place has come a long way! We had some issues in the past, but visited again this week and WOW! The service staff was great, pizza was some of the best I've had in the area, and a Manager actually came and checked on our table to make sure everything was ok! (That's always a sign that a restaurant cares about it's guests). Highly recommend!

Ordered a large take and bake pizza to go at 4:25 pm. Told the girl that I wouldnt be there until at least 5:30. No problem. Arrived at 6:15 pm. Pizza wasnt ready. Apparently an order for 50 pizzas came in - probably afterward due to the no problem comment. Drove 15 miles each way, wasted 45 minutes of my time - then had to make different dinner arrangements. Called back - they did not even answer 3 of my return calls. And by the way - mismanaged business - kids taking orders several times - obviously not trained and had to direct the call - had one girl that couldnt count the return change correctly. NEVER AGAIN ZIFFIRROS BY BY.

We frequently get take-and-bake pizzas from Zaffiro's. They're sooo good! The price for take-and-bake is also less than eating in; we paid less than $30 for 2 larges. Cheese curds and salads are also pretty tasty, too!
