Just passing through Wisconsin and I decided to stop by Point Burger as an impulse. The food was good for the most part, just a little over priced if I’m honest. My burger selection ended up being $15 and that didn’t include any sort of side. If I wanted to add fries, it was another nickel and dime opportunity of $.99. A good selection of sides, but each one of them cost an additional amount from $.99 on up. I decided to order an appetizer of potato skins, only three of them came with the order and that alone cost $9.99. (For 3 potato skins) that’s $3.33 for half of a potato. Little crazy if you ask me. the final straw for an unpleasant experience for me, was one of my refills had a hole or a crack in the cup and over time leaked soda all over the table. I mentioned this to the server and they were apologetic, but didn’t bother to clean anything up and I finished my meal with soda all over the table dripping down. I finally had to ask for more napkins so that I could at least keep it
One of the best burgers! The family and I tried this place for the first time and was quite impressed. Burger was juicy and was full of flavors. I believe I got the mushroom swiss. And it was amazing. Food came out fairly quick, staff was wonderful. We will be back!
Food was good. We had about 15 people and we had Simon as our waiter. He was Excellent! He was always there to make sure we had everything we wanted. He was super polite and friendly. He took all the separate bills with no issues. Definitely a keeper!!!
