Fantastic, authentic Chinese food delivered to your table by robots. What more could you ask for! I have yet to have something here that was not amazing. I am lucky to live right Dow the street. Recommendations: won ton soup, beef sticks, lettuce wraps, sweet & sour and/or sesame chicken. I know, pretty standard stuff, but really good!
The food was amazing with great quality! The comfortable high-backed sofas and elegant Chinese accessories create a dining atmosphere that is both lovely and refined. I highly recommend Szechwan Beef, Taiwan Beef Noddle Soup and Sauced Duck!
I really want to like this place more, but a couple of things need work. Their customer service is one of them. The young man (and I mean YOUNG, he sounded like he was 16) who took my order wasn't courteous and didn't respond to any please or thank yous. He didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu either. I ordered coconut shrimp, and they were okay. The shrimps themselves were a good size, but the oil they fried them in wasn't the best, they really should have used coconut oil rather than whatever oil they fry everything else in. $11 for 6 of them is alright I guess, I ended up spending $22 for 12 shrimps. I asked for them to add sweet and sour sauce and they added their house blend of sweet and sour which was actually quite good. The food and service really aren't anything to write home about, for atmosphere is lovely though and I'm sure it would be a nice dine-in experience should we choose to do so.
