We went on January 14th. Poke bowls were not listed on the menu, but I was able to order it when we dined-in. There were three different kinds of choose from so I picked salmon. I forget the other two options. Our waiters/waitresses were great! We did not wait long at all. The poke bowl looked and tasted delicious. Highly recommend especially if you’ve been looking forward to some seafood for a while.
This made for a super-tasty sushi feast on a snowy Saturday. I ordered through GrubHub, but other reviews have made me want to check out the restaurant itself when possible. I ordered miso soup, shumai, a Philly roll, and the salmon nigiri/spicy salmon roll combo. The miso soup was tasty and a generous size. The shumai were tasty, but did not contain much filling--mostly wrapper. The Philly roll was awesome, fresh salmon and cream cheese, YUM. The rice in the salmon nigiri was a little dry, but the fish was gorgeous, and the spicy salmon roll was my favorite. Their Sriracha Mayo does not mess around! My order came quickly and was packaged fairly well. For the price, this was a quick and delicious way to eat my fill of sushi from home.
Wanted to try this place due to the weirdness of it being a Japanese + Sub sandwich place Flavor wise it was not bad. Got the pork belly ramen - not too salty and decent portion. Meat was not as tender as other people have mentioned . But price was like 10.99$ which is cheaper than other ramen places, if I remember right. Sushi: it’s Midwest sushi. But price is nice - Bird of Paradise : honestly flavor works . Mango does come through and adds a nice refreshing citrus flavor and the fried wonton adds nice crunchy and salty ness - pink lady - tastes good. Does have a nice small spice punch Overall 3.5-4/5
