Yours Truly Beachwood

Service is always great. Not a lot of seating available. Food is always good but 2 of 2 times I've had to send my first plate back due to hair being in my Food. They always respond appropriately and promptly prepare another plate and I can see that they actually cook new food. My recommendation is that the cooks wear hair nets on their beards. I don't know if a 3rd time will be a charm for me.

So the quality of service has drastically changed from long ago..The restaurant offers curb side to go which is advertised on the window however anytime you order curbside the staff is rude. I asked the staff member do you not still offer curbside she replies "yes but we really don't like it plus were busy."..This is the only restaurant that offers the service but frowns on the patron for doing so...I've decided to patronize the new breakfast places around Shaker Heights and Beachwood.

Good local spot. For those not in the know - Yours Truly is a local company that has a diner-type vibe (few locations around town) and serves breakfast all day (among other things). I went with corned beef hash with 2 poached eggs and it was great. This location itself is tiny and it can get busy and full very quickly. But service was quick and efficient.
