Yorkshire Fish & Chips

Worst customer service I have ever had at this restaurant. I pay $26 for a half an Half and the young kids literally threw my food all over the beg. When I left the store I pulled over To check my order because I live a little ways and called The location and let them know that literally they have my stuff spill all over the bag. The containers that they gave me my oysters and my fish didn’t even fit. My fries were cold and the manager Jamie who sounds like a young kid clearly don’t know what he’s doing had nothing but excuses gave really bad customer service on it and told me that if I didn’t like it he can always refunded me the money or I can contact somebody on Monday. Remind you I come to this location often and I’ve never had these problems these a lot of these kids today just don’t take their jobs seriously or just straight out don’t care worst customer service ever.

I'm not much of a seafood kinda girl. But let me tell you the food was delicious. I'm not sure what I got I believe it was the fish basket. I was impressed in their service. No wonder it's a family restaurant, I believe in its 4th or 6th generation so they must be doing something right. I didn't see any crab or lobster but I dint have my glasses and couldn't read the menu. This place has been there since I was a child and this was my 1st time actually eating their food. So over 30 years!!! Crazy. I'd recommend to anyone, even if you're not much into seafood, I'm not!! They had our food ready really fast and were very polite. They even cleaned off a table for us as other people left so we had a table. Good job guys I give you an A+

This place was brilliant up to June when it changed owners. The fish and hips were so fresh and delicious. Then it changed ownership and it was a disaster! . We went once and it was awful. , haven’t gone back!
