Im from fort collins and made the mistake of stopping in herw while i was working...now ive gotta find a reason other than this heavenly burrito to drive 70 miles. If you're in the neighborhood definitely stop on.

Customer service was good but the food was the most bland Mexican food I've ever had in my life. It was disheartening to see that they put shredded cheddar and tomato on carnitas tacos instead of onions and cilantro. I thought that was strange maybe marketed for the gringos but if I'm getting Mexican I want it to be authentic and traditional. Also the guac was literally flavorless too. It seemed that it was just avocado and no jalapeno cilantro lime or onion or anything. It was the saddest meal I have had in a while!
