Yen Ching is amazing! Their staff members are so kind too! :)
Been a few years since we had Yen Ching. Decided to try it a couple days ago and we weren't big fans of the food. The Mongolion Pork was so dry, tough, and chewy that every bite we were afraid we were going to choke. The chicken fried rice was so bland. The chicken pieces in the fried rice were bright white meaning they cooked it separately with absolutely no seasoning and then through the chicken into the fried rice after cooking. The Egg Fu Young was actually cooked very well and so was the Kung Pao chicken. We may eat here again in the future but only if we have a craving on a day where our regular Chinese Food place is closed (Tuesdays).
Place was okay, the pan fried noodles didn’t really have any flavor and the fried rice was just white rice with egg in it, the egg rolls were not too bad. I won’t be going back
