Shame on the greedy corporation not the store for forcing you to use disgusting germ ridden Microsoft tablets that don't work and are slow AF. Flies buzzing around the stickiness, but better there than the kitchen or my table. Couldn't order what I wanted because their stupid computer based menu doesn't give me that option. Couldn't read my card and needed to see a human cashier anyway. It's really too bad I have to leave such a nasty low rating because the time I had to wait for the food was UNDER 5 minutes. I would complain the joint could have been cleaner but obviously the company don't want to pay for more workers nor a living wage. It's not the workers fault folk are messy and kids, happy meal aged eating kids are loud and out of control. Corporate greed unto both customers and staff is unacceptable.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Not only has their ice cream machine been “broken” for over a week at a time, but the past two times I’ve been there, they claim my rewards code doesn’t work, but when I go down the street to Naper Blvd, my codes mysteriously work without issue. When the codes “don’t work”, employees make no effort to rectify the problem, but just say “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”.

Clean and good service. I like bringing my daughter here to play and enjoy the soft serve ice cream. This location is always clean and very well maintained.
