Went for lunch on a Wednesday and we were seated immediately. Server was kind of stoic and not particularly friendly. I ordered the turkey sandwich to split with my daughter and asked for the brioche bun not toasted. She was so confused by this. Like, I just don’t want the butter/grease. Is that so odd? Anyway, when it came it was on white bread! Like, oooooo-kay. Weird. It was so-so. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was just okay too. Nothing special. Maybe we just ordered the wrong things. Nice atmosphere, but not sure we’d give it another try.
This was my first time frequenting this establishment. I looked at the online menu before I arrived and decided on a dish. Unfortunately, the menu did not have the current offerings. We had a relatively new server (Geoffrey), and he did an amazing job. He walked us through the menu. Then, when we had questions, he answered them and made recommendations. I had the Lobster Garlic Noodles (which I ended up finishing the next day) and the Four Cheese Spinach. The other party at my table had the fish and chips. Everyone had a great time, and we definitely will stop the next time we see a Yard House!!!
This is one of the best bar restaurants I have been to. I counted 128 beers on tap. A beer lovers paradise. I was there on a weekday and I had to hunt for a seat at the bar which seats around 80. A good selection of half price appetizers and two bucks off the draft beer at happy hour. Select appetizers half off. The Poci natchos are great. At least six bartenders working the bar. Get there before 6 to take advantage of happy hour.
