Joe's Crab Shack

It was our first time there last night and since we love seafood were super excited. Unfortunately our waitress was so busy that we had to flag down other staff to get utensils to crack our crab after waiting for our waitress to come 15 minutes after the guy from back had already delivered our food. we were never offered refills on drinks, or offered butter dip or sauces for our dishes. The only time she spoke to us was in passing to the other big table she was waiting on when we flagged her down. I understand that the other table was a difficult table but we deserved good service as well with only 3 people in our party and I still tipped 20% for not getting good service. A check which we had to sit and wait for another 20 minutes after finish to even see our waitress long enough to tell her we needed our check. They probably wouldn't have noticed if we walked out on the check. Very dissapointing. Gave 2 stars since the hostess was super nice at check in and the food was decent but not

We showed up with 16 people and were seated right way at the same table. The night went well and the service was great. I think that we stressed him out a little but he managed us like a pro.

Let’s just say read the reviews before you come here… I’m a huge foodie and I was so excited to try this place. And the prices are extremely high for below average food. Shrimp is over cooked Chicken is slimy Steak was over cooked The water, broccoli, and mash potatoes were the best parts. Bill was $70… can go to Texas Roadhouse and get a better meal for 50..
