Yard House

During recent visit to Chino Hills stopped in to the Yard House in town. Not very busy at about 5pm before the dinner rush. We got to try some old favorites and some new delicious bites. BBQ bacon cheddar burger, minus bacon, with sweet potato fries was cooked just right - BBQ sauce, garlic aioli, served on Yard House's newly revamped brioche bun with sesame seeds. Grilled cheese with tomato bisque: just right for the coolness and time time of the day - this is not your traditional kids grilled cheese; it is full of yellow and white cheddar, Swiss, and fontina cheeses, along with slices of roasted tomatoes. A soon to become favorite: Korean bbq cheesesteak sandwich - chipped ribeye, white cheddar, kimchi, gochujang, caramelized onions, green onions, and a roasted garlic aioli tying it l everything together...yum! We finished this meal together with Yard House's brookie: cookie dough fudge brownie, chocolate and caramel sauces, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream over top. Shared between

Our First time visiting a Yard House restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good especially the Buffalo wings. We were happy till they brought my food, my plate was so very dirty from the bottom (dried old food and sauce) it was disgusting. Before bringing that dirty plate out 3 people the dishwasher, cook and food runner touched it and didn't pay enough attention to see it. It was so noticeable not to see it or feel the chunks of sauce and food on the bottom of the plate. The server did apologize but I feel like should have been done about it for the inconvenience.

First time here. Portions are big, good beer selection and staff were really nice. I will definitely come back. Kid-friendliness: My kid loved the adult cheeseburger and dessert. Parking: Parking lot was big, but lots of cars.
