Food was great. Came out hot and the service was quick! Will definitely go back! I had the shrimp hibachi and it was great. Had plenty of sauce and shrimp.
This restaurant deserves 5 stars - it’s my go-to sushi spot for delivery and they never disappoint. The fish is always fresh, well prepared, tastes great, and packed so well. Tonight I ordered the tempura shrimp and vegetable combo in addition to a few rolls and I was so shocked it arrived hot, crispy, and full of tempura pieces. This spot is hands down a true gem, I highly recommend if you’re looking to order sushi delivery.
Went in for lunch dine-in. Server was on her phone; took 2 minutes for her to even realize I was there. Asked me if I wanted a drink; I told her “just water for now”. Waiting for 10 minutes, I hear her talking in the background; I figure she’s talking with co-workers, dealing with orders, or the like. She finally emerges with a glass of water and stops on the end of the sushi bar counter with it, talking on her cell phone, and doesn’t glance over at me once. She stays standing there, with my glass of water, for at least couple more minutes, still not glancing over at me once, before I finally decide to just walk out, having wasted 15 minutes of my afternoon, just to get some water and put in a lunch order. I have my bar set pretty low in NYC lately, but somehow, the service industry here is playing champion limbo right now, so I have to keep moving that bar lower and lower. No sushi for lunch for me on this day.
