Xolos Tacos HP

Terrible service. They have one waitress attending all the tables in the room A cook from the back had to come out and help this young girl who seemed to be terrified as she approached our table. No customer service what so ever! After the ordeal, when asked to speak to a manager, the young waitress stated that the manager was busy. When asked to provide his name, she said she could not provide us his name. Ill be amazed to see if this place will stay opened. After trying to give the waitress a tip, and trying to explain in the what could have gone better here. She stormed out & goes and gets her "manager" he could careless. This place has a lot of potential. But not being ran @ all.

The food is okay but nothing compared to actual taco trucks. The service is terrible. There was a guy handing out fliers outside. The fliers announced different food and prices. I asked the waitress about a couple of items listed on the flier and she was really confused. She told that all they had was on their menu. The menu was so short compared to the flier. So apparently non of that was true. I just ended up ordering something else and the staff came back twice to tell is that they had run of ingredients and that I had to order something else. I did order something else but ehhh. The food was way overpriced in the end. I won't be coming back!

I won't be coming back! If I could give this restaurant ZERO stars I would. The place is clean, big and sets up the environment pretty well but get ready to be disappointed with skimpy food! They sell "street tacos" but you wont get tacos!!! You will get a tiny yellow corn tortilla with max 5-8 pieces of the meat of your choice!!!!I am not exaggerating. My daughter put the meat of 3 tacos on one tortilla to make ONE STREET TACO. It frustrates me that I did not take a picture for evidence of the disappointing tacos. I've had tacos from many taco stands that cost $1.00- $1.50 AND to be exact drive up Pacific BLVD after Florence and get your tacos at TACOS EL PARIENTE!!! THOSE ARE TACOS!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! The entrance sign should give you a WARNING about the actual size of the tacos or call them mini tacos or tacos para los que no quieren comer!
