my niece and I stopped in here on our way to the Titanic Exhibit in Los Angeles. it was busy but did expect that. some of the ones dining there were a little too far out there but all in all, it wasn't too bad.
Mom had a terrible experience this place today. She sat on the table for 25 minutes and no waitress approached her. She sat there and ask the manager why she did not get her order after sitting down for almost half hour. The manager hold her face and said I sorry I’m very stressed I forgot u here. Mom told her that’s not acceptable and she said there are short on stuff . I will take this issue to corporate because it’s not acceptable. If it was racial motivated I don’t know. I don’t recommend this place if ur a minority. Very dissatisfied bad experience. ????????????
I used to like this IHOP, they had good service and good food. I won't be returning though, the last time I went was horrible. My food was cold, missing items, the server was rude and didn't care at all about any of our questions. The server said "I'll bring the check" without asking if we were done. Not sure what happened, but the service and food went downhill.
