Sadly disappointed with the lack of customer service. We have ordered numerous times from this location and it is unfortunate that we will no longer be doing so. Our order was delivered missing chicken in one dish and completely missing another dish. We called to have it corrected and when the young lady admitted to her boss that she rang it up wrong, her boss said we could come pick it up or be charged for the meal to be sent again! I was taken aback, but even more so when I stated that was unacceptable. The response I received was “I will need to get off the phone as we are very busy.” I do not understand how a customer that has already paid is less important than the new orders coming in. I understand some people are dishonest and ask for things they are not entitled to, but we are paying customers who just wanted our correct order. Very disheartening.

I ordered online I usually get shrimp and broccoli with hot sour soup and it’s normally great but I haven’t ordered in several months and ordered online my usual and they must have a new cook or something because it wasn’t as good it wasn’t bad but not as good as usual. Hot sour soup was very salty I believe they gave me egg drop soup cause it had a lot of eggs in it. Just wasn’t the same not sure if I want to risk going back. Don’t order when first open online maybe they didn’t have everything done or ready it was a bit of a disappointment for lunch that day Tuesday 10/18/22.

I ordered a Miso soup, which was disgustingly over priced for what I got. Also, the Louisiana sushi roll I ordered had NO crawfish, even though the menu said it did have it. I do love Asian food, but I'm really finding a lot of places like this that are cutting corners and price-gouging customers.
