This place used to have solid food.Now it's garbage. Overpriced and served in wax paper lined square metal things. And as disappointing as the food was, the service was worse!!!!!!. Rude bartender. Told me no to go orders. But when I ordered multiple items she threw boxes at me. When I asked about the 6 burnt shrimp in my 22.00 platter she was rude enough the lady next to me commented on it. I won't go back.
We had the best server at Winning Streaks yesterday evening named Keri. Her service and hospitality were 5 stars. She was taking care of everyone in this restaurant. Never missing a beat and treating all of her customers with a cheerful smile, and top notch service. Please Harrah's recognize this server and keep her happy. I want her every time we go. Thank you, Keri for going above and beyond.
Awesome service from waiter, very friendly and attentive. Food was so-so, chicken strips were overcooked. Mozzarella cheese sticks were good. Took a long time to get our food.
